Admitted: After graduating from law school in 2000, Mr. Joseph was admitted to practice before the Kansas Supreme Court, all other Kansas courts, and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. In 2001, he was admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He was admitted to practice in the Western District of Missouri in 2005.

Law School: Mr. Joseph received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2000 from the University of Kansas School of Law in Lawrence, Kansas. While attending law school, he wrote for the Kansas Law Review and served as an Associate Editor. He was invited to membership in the Order of the Coif, a national honor society for law school graduates with exceptional academic achievement.

College: Graduated from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas, with a Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude in 1997.

Member: Mr. Joseph is a member of the Topeka, Kansas and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Kansas and National Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Professional History: After graduating from law school, Mr. Joseph was appointed by Chief United States District Judge John Lungstrum, District of Kansas, to serve as his Law Clerk from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Joseph joined the firm in August, 2002.
